Laura
Laura has had a lifelong passion for animals and has spent the past five years building her career in the pet care and veterinary industry. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and enriching environment where pets receive high-quality care and their families feel confident and valued. Laura’s mission is to ensure that every pet—regardless of their situation—has a second place to call home where they can feel comfortable, secure, and enjoy positive experiences.
Laura earned her Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in 2021 and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at New Mexico Highlands University, with an expected graduation date of May 2026. Her educational background, combined with hands-on industry experience, allows her to bring a strong operational focus while prioritizing patient care and an exceptional client experience.
She is passionate about building efficient, compassionate teams and delivering a 10/10 client experience through clear communication, attention to detail, and high standards of care. Laura believes that strong operations, supportive staff, and positive client relationships are the foundation for outstanding veterinary service and patient well-being.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Stella and Stevie, who inspire her daily and reinforce her commitment to improving the lives of pets and the people who love them.

Kay Dameron
Kay Dameron has been working with animals from a young age and has dedicated her career to helping dogs and their people build strong, trusting relationships. In 2014, she began fostering for Austin Pets Alive and English Springer Rescue, where she quickly saw the powerful difference that thoughtful, science-based training can make—especially for dogs navigating change, stress, or new environments.
Kay is passionate about helping families better understand their dogs and believes that clear communication is the foundation of lasting behavior change. Her approach is rooted in positive reinforcement and focuses on building confidence, practical skills, and healthy relationships for both dogs and their guardians. When she’s not working with dogs and their families, Kay enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, and painting.

Mya
Mya King was born and raised in a small town in Missouri and recently moved to the Houston area. She has worked with animals starting from a very young age, starting as a volunteer in animal shelters to finding an interest in animal Emergency and Oncology medicine. Mya is a compassionate veterinary technician with experience in high-volume emergency and specialty hospitals. She is dedicated to creating a calm, stress-free, and specifically curated plan for every pet.
Mya has a Bachelor of Science from Drury University and a Bachelor of Management from Missouri State University. She is currently working on her Master’s of Business Administration with plans to pursue her doctorate.
Outside of work, she shares her life with her partner and two fur-babies, Dexter and Declan. You can usually find her outside hiking, running, fishing, or camping. When she’s not outside, she is nose-deep in a book or cooking up new recipes!

Ren Norwood
Ren brings a strong passion for animal care and a commitment to creating a safe, enriching, and loving environment for every pet. With 9 years of experience in the pet care industry, Ren plays a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care for all guests.
Ren believes that every pet is an individual and strives to make each stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible by catering to the specific needs of each pet that comes into Noble Pet Center. That calm leadership style and attention to detail helps ensure that both pets and their owners feel confident and supported.
Outside of work, Ren enjoys Marathon Training, hiking , and spending quality time with loved ones. Sharing a home with six pets serves as a constant source of motivation and a reminder of why this work is so meaningful.

Adriena
Adriena brings nearly nine years of animal care experience to Noble Pet Center. Her passion for working with animals began during her senior year of high school when she had the opportunity to work at an animal hospital as a kennel technician. That experience sparked her interest in animal care and eventually led her into dog training. Adriena has also worked as a pet sitter and has spent the past five years training dogs. She is currently working toward earning her CCPDT certification to further expand her training expertise.
Growing up, Adriena also gained experience caring for livestock—including pigs, steer, and chickens—which helped build a strong foundation in animal handling. Her favorite part of working in boarding and daycare is seeing dogs become comfortable with staff and watching their personalities shine during one-on-one playtime or group play.
Outside of work, Adriena enjoys swimming, watching movies, and spending time with her two dogs: Milo, a four-year-old Yorkie with a big personality who loves watching out the window, and Benji, a two-year-old rescue who starts off shy but quickly warms up and loves cuddles. Adriena approaches every pet with patience, allowing them to come to her at their own pace, and treats every dog as if they were her own.

Ashly
Ashly is a dedicated veterinary student at Lone Star with a deep passion for animal care and welfare. As a proud pet parent to two dogs, Benji and Toby, and a cat named Luna, her love for animals extends well beyond the classroom and into her everyday life. When she’s not studying or gaining hands-on experience, Ashly enjoys staying active at the gym and unwinding at home through painting and creative crafts. Her balance of compassion, discipline, and creativity reflects the care and attention she brings to everything she does—especially when it comes to animals.

Jadyn
Jadyn brings a natural compassion for animals and is dedicated to creating a safe, fun, and comforting environment for every dog in her care. With hands-on experience working with pets of all sizes and temperaments, she approaches each day with patience, confidence, and a genuine love for animal care.
Jadyn believes that every dog has their own personality and deserves to feel understood. She strives to make each dog’s stay as stress-free and enjoyable as possible, whether that means offering extra reassurance, encouraging playtime, or creating a calm space when they need it.
Outside of work, Jadyn enjoys spending time with loved ones and caring for her two cats, who constantly remind her why working with animals is so meaningful. Her dedication and warmth make her proud to be part of a team focused on exceptional pet care.

Lexus
Lexus grew up in Houston, Texas, where her passion for animals began at a young age. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and is at the beginning of her professional journey in animal care. She is actively involved in animal rescue, assisting her mom with fostering cats through a local rescue group, and is a devoted pet owner to eight cats: Tiggy, Cali, Eli, Lily, Onyx, Cheeto, Harley, and Bambi. In addition to her academic background and volunteer work, Lexus enjoys grooming pets as a hobby, providing care for friends and family members’ animals. Outside of her work with animals, she enjoys watching mystery and thriller television shows and spending quality time with her boyfriend and family.

Sunshine
Sunshine was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and moved to Houston four years ago with her mom and sister. She has a deep love for animals and cares for five dogs, three goats, two donkeys, and twenty-one chickens. She has a special place in her heart for big dogs, specifically Cane Corsos, Dobermans, and Mastiffs.
In her free time, Sunshine enjoys cheesy romance novels and video games. She has always been passionate about working with animals, from working her way from pet sitting, volunteering at shelters, and working her way from a receptionist to the customer service representative, grooming, and training manager. Because of her love for working with kids, she also has experience nannying and helped her mom open up a mobile cooking school back in California.
