We have staff on site 24/7 and vet techs overnight to ensure any medical issues that arise can be addressed.
Do you accept pets who are undergoing chemotherapy or radiation?
Yes. We frequently board pets who are in active cancer treatment. Our location and trained team allow us to provide care that supports their treatment plan.

What if my pet has mobility issues or needs assistance?
We offer orthopedic bedding, ramps, non-slip floors, and staff trained in assisting pets with mobility challenges. Your pet’s comfort and safety are our top priority.
Will you coordinate with my pet’s regular vet or specialist?
Yes. We welcome collaboration with your vet, and we’re happy to follow established care plans or adjust our services based on your veterinarian’s input.
Is there an extra charge for administering medications or specialty care?
